2025 Texas Constitutional Amendments – English & Español Guide

On Tuesday, November 4, 2025, Texans will head to the polls to decide on 17 proposed constitutional amendments. These are not small adjustments — they are structural changes that will shape our state for decades.

Most people skip these “off-year” elections, but that’s exactly how the wealthy and well-connected like it. Low turnout means they win by default. But if students, renters, workers, and everyday Texans show up, we can turn the tide.

Why this matters now in Comal & Guadalupe Counties:

• Our local sheriff has already signed a contract with ICE, impacting immigrant families.
• State leaders are pushing corporate tax breaks and culture-war amendments.
• Meanwhile, real issues like water, healthcare, and schools are on the line.

This November, we cannot sit it out.

• Last Day to Register: Monday, Oct 6, 2025
• Vote by Mail Application Due: Friday, Oct 24, 2025
• Early Voting: Oct 20 – Oct 31, 2025
• Election Day: Tuesday, Nov 4, 2025

• Nuestro sheriff local firmó un contrato con ICE que afecta a familias inmigrantes.
• Los líderes estatales impulsan exenciones de impuestos corporativos y enmiendas de “guerra cultural.”
