Apple Might Launch 15+ New Devices In 2025 — iPhone 17, M5 Macs, and More

Apple is gearing up for an action-packed fall season, with over 15 new products expected to launch by the end of 2025. The lineup spans multiple categories, including major upgrades to the iPhone series, new Mac models featuring next-gen chips, and fresh additions to its smart home and wearable ecosystems. This ambitious rollout positions 2025 as one of Apple’s most expansive and diverse launch years yet.

Apple is preparing a major overhaul of its iPhone lineup with the upcoming iPhone 17 series. Notably, the iPhone 17 Plus may be replaced by a new, slimmer model called the iPhone 17 Air, featuring a simplified single-camera setup. At the high end, the iPhone 17 Pro Max is likely to be rebranded as the iPhone 17 Ultra, bringing enhancements in camera quality, battery life, and overall performance.

In addition to smartphones, Apple plans to roll out new devices powered by its next-generation M5 chip. The MacBook Pro will likely be the first to receive the M5 processor, including both Pro and Max variants, while the MacBook Air with M5 is expected in 2026. The M5 iPad Pro may also launch this year and could feature Apple’s custom-built C1 modem. Meanwhile, the Mac Pro may be refreshed with the powerful M3 Ultra chip.

Apple is set to broaden its smart home ecosystem with a new HomePod that will act as a central control hub, powered by a new homeOS platform. The HomePod mini 2 is also in the pipeline with an upgraded Wi-Fi modem, while the Apple TV 4K could be refreshed with added smart features under the Apple Intelligence initiative, enhancing its role in home automation and entertainment.

In the personal tech space, Apple may unveil an AirTag 2 offering improved tracking accuracy and stronger privacy safeguards. Display innovations are also expected, including a second-generation Studio Display with MiniLED technology and a potential Pro Display XDR 2 to accompany the upcoming Mac Pro. Additionally, a Vision Pro headset powered by the M5 chip is rumored to launch in late 2025 or early 2026, advancing Apple’s mixed reality ambitions.
