The MOA signing is set at 2 p.m. on Monday at the Chairman’s Hall in Palacio del Gobernador in Intramuros, Manila.

According to the Comelec, the printing of 160 ballots is intended “exclusively for use in the upcoming Field Test in July 2025 to be conducted within BARMM.”

“These field test ballots will not reflect the names of actual candidates and political parties in the 2025 BARMM Parliamentary Elections, as these will be used solely for simulation and testing purposes,” the Comelec said.
