During the latest episode of “Basketball Wives,” the Hawaii trip continues to fall apart. Evelyn and Brandi check Brittany and Denise. Meanwhile, Chantel forces the group to pick a side between her and Jackie. Here are the highlights for “Go, Deadbeat, Go.”
The tension between Jackie and Chantel worsens.
The cast is still in Hawaii. Brandi and Jennifer catch up. Both are feeling exhausted by Chantel and Jackie’s issues. Jennifer says Jackie recently told her that she would only talk to Chantel on her talk show or YouTube Channel. She has no plans to have a conversation with Chantel in Hawaii, and definitely not in front of the group. Brandi passes this information on to Evelyn. During a green screen interview, Brandi says she now understands why most of the group is Team Chantel.
Evelyn is outraged when Brandi tells her what Jackie said. She tells producers that Jackie just wants to “milk” her situation with Chantel for attention from the blogs, and she would never do this to Shaniece.
Evelyn then asks Chantel if they can speak alone. She first says she wasn’t trying to fish for information about Chantel from Denise. Then Evelyn tells Chantel that Jackie told Jennifer she’d only talk to her on her talk show or YouTube channel. Chantel says she is about to “crash out” and refers to her mother as a “stupid *** *****.”
Denise is called out.
Chantel goes to Jennifer to discuss what Jackie said. Jennifer once again says Jackie said she’d only have a conversation with Chantel on her YouTube channel or talk show. But she won’t have that talk in front of the group. Jennifer also adds that Jackie said she has grandparents’ rights she can exercise to see her grandchildren. This causes more rage for Chantel.
When the group goes to dinner, Ming calls out Denise. She says she likes Denise better when she is not with Chantel and Brittany. Evelyn agrees.
Denise asks who else feels like Evelyn and Ming. Brandi says she feels the same way.
Brittany steps in to defend Denise, she says Denise is an authentic person who speaks her mind. Denise says it seems like the ladies rehearsed what they were going to say.
It’s too much for Jackie.
Jackie is up next. Ming says the group has no choice but to be Team Chantel, considering how things are unfolding. Brittany is gleeful to hear this. During a confessional, she calls Jackie a “looney tune.”
Ming tells Jackie she has to talk to Chantel. Jackie says she is leaving. Chantel and Brittany berate her. Brittany calls Jackie a “deadbeat.”
Brittany once again compares Jackie to her own mother. She says her mother is taking her to court for grandparents’ rights to see her grandson. Jackie plans to do the same, and this is controlling in her opinion.
Ty and Brandi go to Jackie’s room to check on her. Jackie is willing to talk to Ty, but loses interest when Brandi shows up. She tells Brandi that she is done dealing with women who insert their noses into her family business. They don’t have to leave, but she is done speaking to them.
The group attempts to push out Jackie.
Brandi and Ty return to tell the others that Jackie made them leave. Brittany questions why Brandi went to check on Jackie when Jackie didn’t want to talk to her.
Brandi questions why Brittany has such weird energy with her. She refuses to entertain the question. Brandi later tells producers that Brittany is obsessed with Chantel and projecting her mommy issues on Jackie. This isn’t fair to Jackie.
Ming plans to take the ladies boating. Jackie will not be invited. Denise and Brittany smirk.
Brandi and Evelyn have had enough.
The ladies arrive at the boat and are shocked to see Jackie arrive with Jennifer and Ty. Ty later confirms she invited Jackie. This irritates Chantel.
Jennifer tries to push Jackie to have a conversation with Chantel. She refuses and says talking now could lead to them going to a place they would not be able to come back from.
The next evening is full of drama. Brandi attempts to talk to Brittany. She thinks it was wrong for Brittany to call her a ***** when she’s supposed to be working on herself spiritually. Ming thinks Brittany should apologize. But Brittany says she isn’t apologizing.
Brandi calls Brittany an ******* who is healing when it’s convenient. Denise chimes in, and this sets off Evelyn, who tells her to stay out of it for once.
“We’re ******* tired of you,” Evelyn tells Denise.
Ming is ready for the trip to be over after Chantel and Denise can’t admit that Brittany was wrong to call Brandi out of her name.

In related news, sources recently told the Jasmine Brand that the “Basketball Wives” cast will not film a reunion for the current and very controversial season. Although the publication was not informed of the reason why a reunion isn’t happening, the source stated that the reunion is “highly unlikely.” This had led to some fans wondering if the show might be cancelled soon.
