Lee broke out into the mainstream as Go Chung Myung on “Hotel del Luna”, tvN’s most viewed K-drama program of 2019. He has since transitioned from a scene stealer to a bona fide leading man; with a string of leading roles in other dramas such as 18 Again, Sweet Home, Youth of May, Melancholia, and The Good Bad Mother. In 2022, he co-starred with celebrated actress Song Hye Kyo in one of the most-watched non-English language Netflix shows of all time, The Glory

Lee made his feature film debut in the 2024 horror film, “Exhuma”, which premiered at the 74th Berlin International Film Festival and has gone on to become the highest-grossing South Korean film of 2024, as well as the sixth highest-grossing South Korean film of all time.

Aside from global fanfare, Lee Do Hyun has garnered critical acclaim for his work. In 2021, he received awards for three different projects: Best New Actor in Television from both the APAN Star Awards and Baeksang Arts Awards for his role in 18 Again; the Asian Academy Creative

Awards’ Best Actor in a Supporting Role for Sweet Home; and the KBS Drama Awards’ Top Excellence Award for his leading role in Youth of May. His performance in “Exhuma” also earned him the honor of Best New Actor in Film from the Baeksang Arts Awards, along with multiple other nominations.

This fan meeting tour marks the fulfillment of a promise Lee Do Hyun made to his loyal fans before he enlisted in the Air Force; an opportunity to thank those who waited for him and reconnect with them before he stages a triumphant return to his fledgling acting career. Filipino DOHYUNs will be among the first to see Lee in person since his discharge from military duty. [Re DO HYUN] in MANILA promises to be a special experience packed with surprises that Lee Do Hyun is hard at work preparing for his fans.
