Nova Hospitality Launches Out-of-This-World New Sushi Delivery Concept

This calls for a house party! The team behind Nova Hospitality (The Well, TenTen, Devil May Care) just debuted an elevated sushi concept in Austin available for delivery and catering orders. Helmed by chef Dimitri Voutsinas, Neptune Sushi focuses on freshness and sustainability, highlighting a “better-for-you” sushi experience.

Neptune Sushi launched its to-go concept in July.

Bold Ingredients

Far from your basic tuna and white rice offerings, diners can build their own donburi and poke bowls from bases like buckwheat soba noodles, mixed greens, and palm sugar–sweetened sushi rice. The bowls include sustainably sourced seafood as well as Texas grass-fed Wagyu or organic tofu, with bold house-made sauces such as yuzu truffle and wasabi ranch that give them zing.

The team works closely with sustainable seafood purveyors in the U.S. and Asia that prioritize ethical practices, and Neptune eschews gluten, seed oils, and refined sugars. “We wanted to create something that feels fresh, fun, and customizable,” Voutsinas says.

Chef-Curated Rolls

The brand offers a variety of signature sushi rolls, including blue crab with chili honey crisp and toasted panko, braised mushroom with gochujang and crispy onion, and seared Wagyu with wasabi chimichurri. Diners can order cleverly named sushi boxes like the Big Fish Energy (tuna toro, scallop, and hirame nigiri with an eel roll and a scallop roll) and Rollin’ Deep (a shareable spread with bluefin tuna, salmon, hamachi, and avocado rolls).

Chef-curated sushi boxes can serve between one and six people.

In addition to seafood-based fare, the delivery concept also offers snacks including chicken karaage with wasabi ranch and seaweed salad with yuzu and sesame, plus distinctive desserts such as mini matcha cheesecake and Tokyo banana rice pudding.

How to Order

Whether you’re hosting a gathering at home or just want to elevate your lunchtime game, Neptune is currently available Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with plans to expand hours in the future. Orders can be placed online for delivery via Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Favor, and catering is also available for office lunches, private gatherings, and large-scale events. Go fish!

Neptune Sushi is donating 50% of all profits in July to Texas Search and Rescue. For more information on the concept, visit neptunesushi.com and follow on Instagram at @neptunesushico.
