Dreame Partners With Croma to Expand Offline Presence in India

Dreame Technology, known for its robotic and cordless vacuum cleaners, has partnered with Croma to make its products available in physical retail stores across over 20 Indian cities—marking its offline debut in the country. Previously sold exclusively on Amazon, Dreame products can now be experienced in person at designated “Dreame Zones” within select Croma outlets.

Shoppers can test and explore robotic vacuums, wet-and-dry cleaners, cordless stick vacuums, and even grooming tools before making a purchase, making the buying experience more interactive and informed.

To mark its offline retail launch at Croma stores, Dreame is offering special promotional deals from July 15 to 20. Customers can avail up to 10% additional discount using select credit cards including IDFC Bank, Amex, HSBC, and Bank of Baroda. Some Dreame models also come with no-cost EMI options, making the smart home devices more accessible.

In addition to promotional pricing, Dreame is emphasizing robust after-sales support. Services include a toll-free customer helpline, pickup and drop service, on-site installation, and warranty coverage—with 2 years for grooming tools and 1 year for cleaning appliances. These steps aim to enhance the customer experience post-purchase.

Dreame began its India operations in early 2023, focusing initially on online platforms like Amazon. With solid traction in the digital space, the company is now strengthening its offline presence to engage more directly with customers through physical demos and experiences at Croma stores across the country.

With actor Kriti Sanon as its brand ambassador, Dreame is pushing toward wider recognition and reach. Backed by a growing portfolio of robotic vacuums, cordless cleaners, and grooming tools, Dreame hopes to position itself as a go-to brand for smart, efficient home cleaning and care solutions in India.

Manu Sharma, Managing Director, Dreame India said, “India is one of the most exciting markets for us globally. Our partnership with Croma is a significant milestone in Dreame’s journey in India. For the first time, customers can walk into stores and experience our products up close – understanding their features, design, and performance in a real-world setting. This offline presence is not just about increasing awareness – it’s about building trust, fostering interaction, and ensuring that Indian consumers have every opportunity to discover how Dreame can enhance their daily lives through intelligent innovation. By entering Croma’s stores, we’re giving consumers the opportunity to truly understand what Dreame stands for—performance, aesthetics, and intelligent design—right at their fingertips.”
