Training camp takeover: How to watch Dallas Cowboys press conferences, nightly coverage live from Oxnard, California, on WFAA+

The WFAA Sports team is embedded in California to cover the Dallas Cowboys’ four-week training camp ahead of the 2025 NFL season. Here’s how to catch their insights.

OXNARD, Calif. — It’s late July, and diehard Dallas Cowboys fans know exactly what that means: Like it or not, it’s time for the boys in silver and blue to make their annual trek out west to Oxnard, California, to start training camp in anticipation of the upcoming season.

This year’s camp should make for an entertaining couple of weeks, too, given how much change this team has endured in the offseason. There’s the new coach, of course. And there’s the new offensive weapon the team scooped up to line up opposite from CeeDee Lamb. There’s also the big shoes left to fill on the offensive line with one of the team’s all-time great blockers having retired from the roster.

With all of the above going on as the team heads into this year’s camp, there’s tons for our WFAA Sports team to cover as it too ventures westward to keep tabs on how this season’s team is shaping up. You could say, perhaps, that we’ve decided to go “all in” with our camp coverage this season.

How so? Well, we’re going to be bringing you more coverage than a Cowboys secondary can offer all camp long on, for free, our WFAA+ streaming app this year — airing near-daily press conferences from the team’s top brass and near-nightly shows recapping the goings-on at camp with analysis, breakdowns and interviews with your favorite Cowboys, too.

As with seemingly anything Cowboys-related, it should be a wild ride. Below, let’s take a look at the streaming schedule for this year’s camp coverage.
