Although the holiday season is meant to be joyful, some find it dreadful, especially those who constantly end up in one or two family feuds with relatives they only see once a year.
Nonetheless, Disney has created multiple events and celebrations around Christmas to make the holidays feel like they used to when we were little kids.

Summer hasn’t ended, and Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party has yet to debut at Disney World. Still, the entertainment giant was simply too excited to let Disney fans wait any longer.
With a few months left before the holidays begin, Disney has revealed all the details about this year’s Christmas events to make fans’ planning duties easier, especially during such a hectic and costly season.
Everything to know about Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is a beloved annual holiday celebration held at Disney World’s Magic Kingdom in Orlando, Florida.
On select nights, the park transforms into a winter wonderland, decked out with Christmas lights and seasonal decorations, and Disney (DIS) characters dress in their best holiday attire.
Attendance at this event requires a separate ticket, since it grants fans exclusive perks, such as holiday-themed shows and parades, complimentary seasonal snacks and beverages, and shorter wait times for park rides.

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will begin at 7 p.m. and run until midnight, but ticket holders can enter Magic Kingdom as early as 4 p.m. on their ticket date.
This year’s event will take place on select nights from November 7 through December 21:
- November 7, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, 18, 20, 21, 25, 26, 28, 30
- December 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 19, 21
Prices start at $169 to $229 per ticket, plus tax, based on the date. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can save $10 per ticket on select nights.
All the details about Disney Jollywood Nights
Disney Jollywood Nights is also a separate ticketed event at Disney World’s Hollywood Studios.
On certain evenings, “Hollywood glam meets holiday cheer,” transporting fans into a real-life Christmas movie by allowing them to enjoy festive entertainment, complimentary photo opportunities, seasonal snacks and beverages, and lower wait times for park attractions.

The celebration is a five-hour event from 7:30 p.m. until 12:30 a.m. However, ticket holders can enter Hollywood Studios as early as 5:30 p.m. on the day of their ticket.
This year’s event will occur on select nights from November 8 to December 22:
- November 8, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29
- December 1, 6, 10, 13, 17, 20, 22
Prices vary from $159 to $199 per ticket, plus tax, depending on the date. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can save $10 per ticket on select nights.
When do ticket sales begin for the holiday events?
Tickets to both Christmas events will be available on the official Disney World website starting July 16 for guests staying at Walt Disney Resort Collection hotels, Walt Disney World Swan Hotel and Reserve, Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, and Shades of Green Resort. General ticket sales for all other fans begin July 22.
