63-year-old woman killed in Dallas, police say

A 63-year-old woman was found dead in southwest Dallas, officials said.

DALLAS — Dallas police are investigating the death of a 63-year-old woman who was found dead in southwest Dallas, officials said. 

Officers responded to a call for service around 12:30 p.m. July 13 in the 7900 block of Olusta Drive, Dallas police said in a press release. 

When officials arrived, they found 63-year-old Maria Manning dead and a man injured at the location, officials said. 

The man was taken to a hospital for treatment, the release states.
