Google dropped a banger offer for Indian students with a FREE Gemini upgrade worth Rs19,500 for a year. Students will avail seamless access to Google’s cutting-edge AI video generation tool Veo 3 along with Gemini AI in Google apps. The search engine giant is also offering a staggering 2TB of storage as well with the free package. The 2TB cloud storage will be available across Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Photos.
The promo video for the same is also generated in Google Gemini by the company.
Sharing the same on his X/Twitter, Google DeepMind’s co-founder and boss, Demis Hassabis, stated that the offer gives “higher rate access to all our best models: 2.5 Pro, Veo3, Deep Research, NotebookLM, and 2TB storage.”
Google India’s AI Pro Plan free offer is available for students aged 18 years and above until September 15, 2025. Per the company’s announcement blog citing a Google-Kantar report, “95% of students in India who use Gemini feel more confident in their daily lives.”
