KERRVILLE, Texas — On July 4, floodwaters rose and changed lives forever. While faced with heartbreak, Texans answered with courage. Through it all, there were stories of heroism, devastation and resilience.
WFAA and our sister stations across TEGNA worked together to cover the catastrophic July Fourth weekend flooding in Texas’ Hill Country, and now we’re sharing those stories in a new hourlong special called “Hearts and Heroes: Flooding in the Texas Hill Country.”
You can stream the premiere of the special, for free, starting at 6:30 p.m. this evening on WFAA+, immediately after WFAA News at 6.
