Will Claressa Shields & Laila Ali Settle It In The Ring?

On top of getting her own day in Georgia, Claressa might also score one of the biggest fights in her career — but only if the money bag is looking right. Recently, Laila Ali was asked if she would step in the ring with Claressa, but she made it real clear that she’s not doing anything unless there’s $15 to $20 million on the table. Well Claressa isn’t ducking any smoke, she basically said she’s down to take on Muhammad Ali’s daughter. Shields hopped on X (formerly Twitter) with a response to Laila letting her know that she’s ready to get things shaking.

“What a great weekend of boxing ! Really motivated! Now @TheRealLailaAli I’m the GREATEST NOW! Be careful what you ask for ! You know I’ve been wanting to make you eat your words! You not a better boxer than me & at 175 I’ll put you on your back! BEEN READY FOR YOU! #GWOAT#claressashields,” Claressa wrote.
