As Terra turned a year older, her supernatural abilities as a Sang’gre were awakened. But to be able to save Encantadia from Mitena, Terra has to protect herself first from a human enemy.
Here’s a recap of what happened in the GMA TV series in the past week:
Mitena dreamt of Cassiopea telling her that she would be defeated by someone who would reclaim Encantadia from her. In her dreams, Mitena saw Terra as a warrior, although the latter’s face was not shown.
When she woke up, Mitena was bothered and became fixed on knowing the identity of the warrior she dreamt of. She visited the Spring of Truth and asked it once again to name the most powerful being in and outside Encantadia. For the second time, it answered her name but Mitena was still not convinced.
Meanwhile, in the world of mortals, Terra confessed to the police that she was the one who stole the food donations from the warehouse. She was detained and had to stay at the police station until her birthday — the day her supernatural powers as a Sang’gre would be unleashed.
When the clock struck at 12 midnight, Terra’s birth mark suddenly glistened and then an earthquake occurred — signaling that her powers were awakened.
At the same time, Pirena, who has been under the care of dwarves and has been unconscious for years, woke up. Danaya, who has been imprisoned by Mitena, woke up as well after she felt her motherly connection with her daughter Terra.
Still inside the prison, Terra came across a guinea pig and was surprised after she heard it talk to her. She recalled being able to be understood by animals, but not actually hearing them talk.
Meanwhile, Mona was then informed by the court that a robbery charge would be filed against Terra and that her bail amounted to P20,000. It was later revealed that Gov. Emil Salvador (Ricky Davao) — the mastermind behind the repacking and selling of food donations — bribed the judge to increase Terra’s bail.
But Terra’s family, friends and neighbors came together and were able to raise P20,000 for her bail. Terra was released from prison on her birthday, bringing with her the guinea pig who became her friend.
When she returned to their neighborhood, Terra was not only welcomed by her neighbors but by the animals there as well. Terra was initially shocked as she could hear them talk, but she later just accepted her ability.
The following day, Terra had a conversation with Mona and Lolo Javier. Terra told them about the earthquake that occurred while she was in prison. Mona then recalled how they also experienced an earthquake when Danaya gave birth to Terra, and how the mother called her offspring a Sang’gre.
In school, Terra was bullied by Camille (Pam Prinster), the daughter of Emil. When the former tried to just ignore her, Camille pulled Terra’s hair and started a commotion. Terra, in an effort to protect herself, pushed Camille who then flew a few meters away because of the former’s strong force. Surprised by her strength, Terra rushed to help Camille but the latter refused and shouted for help.
Camille injured her leg and her dad was informed about it. Fuming at Terra, Emil sent his men to harm her. But as she was trained in martial arts and equipped with the powers of a Sang’gre, she was able to defend herself.
During the fight, Terra discovered her ability to teleport. When she returned home, she told Mona and Lolo Javier about what happened, including her powers. The two, who did not immediately believe Terra’s supernatural abilities, then had a theory that it was Emil who wanted to hurt Terra.
Emil’s men returned to Terra’s neighborhood and attacked her again. She sustained multiple gunshots in her arms but she instantly healed because of her powers. Unfortunately, Lolo Javier was shot as well and had to undergo a surgery.
At Encantadia, the warrior who had been training Adamus had fallen sick. While Adamus was searching for medicinal plants to cure the warrior, the Sang’gre came across his cousin Flamarra and warrior Solidarius. But as he was still under the spell of Imaw, Adamus did not know who Flamarra and Solidarius were.
The two tried to explain to Adamus that he is a Sang’gre, but he thought they were deceiving him. He fought Flamarra and later fled the scene. He, however, turned confused at who he really is after he saw his Sang’gre birth mark and discovered his ability to disappear.
Adamus confronted his trainer, which prompted the latter to bring him to Imaw. Coincidentally, Imaw was with Flamarra when Adamus and the warrior arrived.
The truth was revealed to the two Sang’gres, then Imaw cast a spell to bring Adamus’ memories back. /ra
