AMBER Alert issued for 3-year-old in Waco

Authorities say 3-year-old Malina Rose Toussaint is believed to have been taken by her non-custodial parent.

WACO, Texas — Have you seen this girl?

An AMBER Alert has been issued for a 3-year-old girl believed to have been kidnapped in the Waco area.

The Waco Police Department stated 3-year-old Malina Rose Toussaint is believed to have been taken by her non-custodial parent, 31-year-old Tanisha Toussaint. Police say Tanisha Toussaint is about four to five months pregnant.

Malina was last seen wearing an orange bathing suit, according to police. A picture of her can be seen above. She was reportedly last known to be riding in a Gray 2019 Chevy Trax with a dent on the front and the license plate number VML8873.

Police said the vehicle was last seen running a red light at the intersection of S. New Road and Beverly.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
