India’s First Smart Ring with Display: Pebble Halo Debuts at ₹7,999

Pebble has launched the Halo Smart Ring in India, marking its entry into the smart ring category. Touted as India’s first smart ring with a digital display, the Halo blends tech with style, offering health tracking, time display, and gesture-based controls.

Built from stainless steel, the ring is splashproof and dustproof, and can monitor heart rate, sleep, and activity levels. Key metrics like step count, time, heart rate, and battery level are displayed directly on the ring’s surface, making it a compact and stylish wearable option.

The Pebble Halo Smart Ring is now available for pre-booking via Pebble’s official website at a special launch price of ₹3,999, nearly 51% off its regular ₹7,999 price tag. Offered in black, gold, and silver, the ring is available in various sizes to suit different users.

As per the company, the Pebble Halo Smart Ring goes beyond health tracking with smart features like camera control, “Find My Ring,” multiple sports modes, and gesture-based interactions for apps, games, and e-book readers. It offers up to four days of battery life and is water-resistant. Available in sizes 7 to 12 and colors black, gold, and silver, the ring is designed to appeal to style-conscious, tech-savvy users.

The official sale is expected to begin exclusively on Flipkart and Pebble’s website. The Halo will compete with emerging players like Boat and Gabit in India’s growing smart ring space. As interest in wearable tech continues to rise, Pebble’s offering brings style and functionality to the fingertip.

Smart rings are becoming a popular way to track health data, and global tech giants like Samsung—and possibly Apple—are exploring the space. India’s smart ring market, valued at $6.93 million in 2024, is projected to grow at an impressive 34% annually, fueled by smartphone adoption, digital payment trends, and a tech-hungry consumer base.

As per an official statement by Komal Agarwal, Co-founder, Pebble, “HALO isn’t just a wearable—it’s a statement. We’ve designed it for a new generation that wants their tech to be invisible when it needs to be and iconic when it counts. HALO combines subtle elegance with smart innovation – a true testament of tech meeting fashion.”
