Eve Responds To “Soft Life” Comments

The 46-year-old is fully embracing that “soft life” term, but she’s not here for the assumptions about how she got there. While speaking with Angie, she addressed the narrative that her glow-up is all thanks to marrying into wealth. Eve set the record straight, saying she put in the work herself, shutting down the idea that her lifestyle change was all because of a man with money. “It’s not just soft life because of the man I’m with,” she continued. “Some people have this idea of what my life is because of this man or whatever, but it’s because I worked hard on my own!”

Angie pointed out the public’s perception:

“That you married the billionaire, and you have figured out a life, and you chose a different life… overseas.”

Eve wasn’t having it, though! “Everybody says that… He’s not a billionaire. I need to clear that up. He’s not a billionaire. Um, he ain’t broke, but I ain’t broke either,” she spilled.

Eve made it clear she’s been holding it down way before her husband entered the picture. She says she’s been putting in that inner work through spiritual healing, acupuncture, spinal energetics, Reiki, and breath work. “That’s my life. That’s who I am, for real. I do the work,” she said, letting us know her glow comes from more than just having a good man by her side.
