Drew Sidora Wasn’t Moved by Shamea Morton’s YouTube Apology

Drew Sidora doesn’t think much of Shamea Morton’s apology.

Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Shamea Morton received a lot of criticism for her first season as a peach holder. As we reported, her fallout with Porsha Williams took place during Season 16. Porsha didn’t like that Shamea discussed past friendship problems she thought they had worked out with the rest of the group. Angela Oakley, Drew Sidora, Cynthia Bailey, and Brit Eady all claimed Shamea vented to them about the friendship. As Drew and Porsha clashed over Dennis McKinley, Shamea got involved to defend Porsha. So Drew labeled her a lapdog. Shamea then made moves for her and Porsha to film a scene with Ralph Pittman.

Drew and Shamea had some shady exchanges during the reunion. Interestingly enough, Shamea took to her YouTube channel to apologize to all of her coworkers after the three-part reunion aired in full. She said her “elders” encouraged her to do so. Some fans of the show were critical of this, especially since Shamea was called out left and right by Porsha, Drew, and the others.

Well, Drew addressed Shamea’s apology during a recent interview with Accidentally Informed.

She said, “What was it giving? I was so confused. It was like the theme music, it was giving performative, contrived.”

Drew continued, “It was almost like they made her do it. Like sit down, this what you gon do. And I’m like, it just didn’t match because you were just going off on me posting these receipts yesterday, but then today you’re doing an apology. Then about three days later, she was like back, doing I guess, her YouTube channel, saying like she could go harder on me. And I’m like, but you just apologized. I didn’t buy it. I’m not buying it.”
