Amid the ongoing Trump’s tariff tantrum, arch-nemeses India and China are warming up to each other. During his meeting with External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar on Monday, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi promised to restart supplies of crucial fertilizers, rare earth minerals, and tunnel boring machines. This comes nearly a year after China halted these exports.
While China supplies about 30% of India’s fertilizers, its export of rare earth minerals is vital for India’s booming auto and electronics industries. Meanwhile, tunnel boring machines are critical for road and infrastructure projects. Per sources as cited by the ET, shipments of these three articles have likely already begun.
Will India and China cozying up bother Donald Trump? Even if it does, hopefully sense will prevail and the American president will overlook differences to ensure peace and claim the Nobel for the same later.

Here’s how the internet reacted to the news. “All credit goes to Trump,” one user cheekily took a dig. “What happened to Make in India,” asked another user. A third user remarked, “So, India sold its territorial integrity to China for fertilizer, rare earths & machinery?” Yet another user suggested, “be cautious while dealing with China.”
All credit goes to Trump.

It’s the outcome of Govt. spending on #Freebies like #PMKisan, while drowning talent with taxes.
