Nationwide — Best-selling author and international economic futurist TJ Loftin has joined forces with acclaimed writer Sabrina L. Wright to co-author a groundbreaking new children’s book entitled TJ’s Toolbox: Keeping the Legacy Alive. The story follows Young TJ and his magical toolbox as he restores a classic car and, along the way, uncovers the hidden history of African American inventors whose contributions to the auto industry were erased or ignored.
This unique book not only celebrates the magic of classic cars but also shines a spotlight on the untold stories of innovators who shaped the foundation of the automotive world. The work reflects Loftin’s lifelong mission to preserve African American industrial history and inspire the next generation of creators.
Alongside the book release, TJ Loftin is embarking on a national lecture and book signing tour, where he will share his research on the hidden relationship between Tuskegee Institute and the birth of the auto industry — all the way to today’s advancements in electric and flying cars.
