Street Fighter 6 teams up once again with Monster Hunter Wilds for another crossover event. This collaboration follows their first partnership earlier this year. In particular, the latest project offers players a bunch of limited-time content, rewards, and themed in-game activities.
Highly Anticipated Collaboration
Back in May, two of Capcom’s most popular franchises joined forces to bring fans an epic gaming experience. More specifically, the developer introduced Street Fighter 6-themed gear into Monster Hunter Wilds.
This time, the collaboration is the reverse of the last crossover. Fans can now experience Monster Hunter Wilds-themed gear within Street Fighter 6. The event offers a perfect blend of fast-paced arcade action and a rugged, fantasy aesthetic.
Free Collaboration Items
Simply logging in during the event gives players gifts that add extra value and excitement to the game. Specifically, players who join will receive the following items for free:
- 2 device wallpapers
- 10 stickers
- Monster Hunter Wilds challenger screen effect
- “Quest Start” sound effect
New EX Colors and Avatar Gear
According to the official Street Fighter announcement, players can buy five EX Colors during the crossover event. The alternate costumes inspired by Monster Hunter Wilds are for Street Fighter 6’s Akuma, Blanka, Cammy, Ken, and Manon. Likewise, each outfit pays tribute to the fearsome creatures from the game. These new looks bring a bold and unique flavor to fans’ favorite players. Plus, it makes battles more visually exciting.
Along with the new EX Colors, the popular Monster Hunter-themed Fighting Pass returns with many rewards. Based on a report from GameRant, this includes new avatar gear, emotes, and titles. Also, all gears are inspired by Rathalos and Felyne. The return of the Fighting Pass is a great chance for players who missed items during the last event.
Battle Hub Activities with Rewards
The Battle Hub now features a Monster Hunter Wilds-themed interior. An article from Gosu Gamers says the transformation includes photo spots with fan-favorites Rathalos and Rathian. Players can take commemorative photos, adding a fun social element to the crossover.
At the same time, there is a Street Voter event. The Battle Hub will hold voting that lets players choose between the Demon and the White Wraith. By voting, they can earn four weapon accessories, seven titles, and two emotes. The interactive event invites users to engage and compete for unique prizes.
