Looking for something more spirited than spooky? Get a taste of Springfield as Nickel City’s beloved bar returns for another year. Enjoy Krusty Burgers and Duff Beer at the pop-up, which is inspired by The Simpsons. Moe’s Tavern features nostalgic decor and bartenders dressed up as the show’s iconic characters. 6 / Celebrate Rockman’s Anniversary

This calls for a sweet soiree: Rockman Coffee + Bakeshop is honoring its first birthday this weekend with limited-edition items such as a birthday cake latte, an iced latte featuring espresso mixed with house-made Fruit Loop milk, cake pudding cream topping and sprinkles. Local jewelry designer Nina Berenato will pop up both days from noon to 3 p.m. for customers to build their own permanent bracelet, and Raw Paw and Rockman have teamed up to sell a special shirt on Oct. 11 only that says “There’s no crying in pastry.” Oct. 11-12, 2400 E.
