A major update to a story The Angle broke months ago, the New York AG who thought she’d ride a Trump conviction all the way to the governor’s mansion is now under indictment herself in the Eastern District of Virginia for mortgage fraud. She’s charged with one count of bank fraud and one count of false statements to a financial institution. She claimed a property in Virginia was her primary residence when she applied for a mortgage. Oops. Well, moments after the news broke, Tish tried to fish for sympathy.
