Amy Luciani files for divorce from Dwight Howard after less than 6 months of marriage

Amy Luciani and Dwight Howard are calling it quits.

According to court records obtained by Urban Belle, Amy Luciani—AKA Amber Howard—filed for divorce on July 1 in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Court documents show the filing was made on July 1, 2025, in Gwinnett County, Georgia. The couple married earlier this year on January 11 and separated before filing. The marriage lasted less than six months.

Amy, a former cast member of “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta,” stepped away from the show after getting engaged to Dwight. In the divorce filing, she cites that the marriage is “irretrievably broken” and states there are no prospects for reconciliation.

Amy has requested alimony in the divorce, which may include periodic, lump-sum, or in-kind payments. In addition, she’s requesting that Dwight cover her legal fees.

The filing includes a notice that Georgia law prohibits either party from making substantial changes to their estate or transferring property during the proceedings. A restraining order was also filed, which is standard procedure for divorces filed in Georgia.

Dwight hasn’t responded yet.
