MANILA, Philippines — Chevron Philippines Inc., the marketer of Caltex brand, will impose higher pump prices of up to 50 centavos per liter beginning Thursday.
In an advisory on Wednesday, the company said diesel prices would go up by 50 centavos.
There will be an increase of 25 centavos for gasoline and 30 centavos for kerosene.
This round marks the second price adjustment announced by the fuel retailer in just one week.
On Monday, the firm said it would increase its diesel prices by 15 centavos a liter. Its prices of gasoline and diesel, on the other hand, will be slashed by 25 centavos a liter.
