“Basketball Wives” fans are still talking about the most recent episode. Jackie Christie and her daughter, Chantel Christie, got into a physical altercation. Their coworkers certainly did not help things, as they repeatedly ignored Jackie’s pleas to stay out of family business. They sided with Chantel immediately. Evelyn Lozada and Brittany Renner have been Jackie’s biggest critics. Brittany said her fallout with her own mother is the driving force behind her commitment to not minding her business. So she has attacked Jackie throughout the season.
Brandi Maxiell said she thinks Brittany’s behavior regarding Chantel and Jackie is strange. In her opinion, Brittany behaves as if she is obsessed with Chantel or they are romantically involved.
A lot of fans of the show have expressed equal annoyance with Brittany’s behavior on social media. So there wasn’t much outrage when Jackie asked Brittany how many drinks she had “under her hijab.”
Brittany’s critics believe she’s been playing around with religion. She has since removed her hijab for her latest Instagram posts.
Former “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” star Masika Kalysha took to X to give her thoughts on the controversial “Basketball Wives” episode.
She wrote, “Idc pushin yo momma is the most disrespectful disgraceful thing you can do. Jackie had every right to slap tf outta her. Girl, you can feel how you feel, but you lost the good sense God gave you putting hands on the lady that birthed ya.”
Masika continued, “Since we’re on the topic… the way Britney played with them peoples religion to become that man’s other wife is crazy. He took off and she took off them people’s clothes.”
Brittany had a short-lived marriage to Kevin Gates.
She hopped on X to clap back at Masika. Brittany wrote, “Says BM #3, who faked a kidnapping to promote their irrelevant OF. Since we’re on the topic, religion is not exclusive. I never signed up to be one of several, ppl are allowed to change their minds, & plenty of relationships are meant to be but not meant to last. Bye, 40 and fried!”
Masika replied, “Girl, go to ****! Oh wait… EVERYBODY speaking the SAME TRUTH about u. But u mad at me? lol bringing up irrelevant deflections don’t change the fact that YOU PLAYED WITH GOD FOR D*CK! Next week, u gonna be Buddhist for back shots? Christian for Christian Dior? Girl, stfu & go pray.”
