Dhurandhar First Look: Arjun Rampal Stuns As ‘Angel of Death’; Film To Release On December 5

Arjun Rampal’s fierce first look from Dhurandhar has finally dropped, and it’s turning heads. Shared by Ranveer Singh on Instagram, the poster shows Rampal sporting short hair, a rugged long beard, black shades, and a cigar, exuding a deadly aura. With a piercing glare and an intense expression, Rampal perfectly embodies his menacing character. Ranveer hyped up the reveal by calling him the “Angel of Death” and confirmed that the film’s trailer will release on November 12.

Dhurandhar is an upcoming action thriller inspired by true events, though the plot remains tightly under wraps. Speculations suggest that Ranveer Singh will play an undercover Indian spy operating in Pakistan, with the film highlighting the courage and sacrifices of India’s special agents. Written and directed by Aditya Dhar, the movie promises an intense narrative rooted in patriotism and real-world intrigue.

The title track of Dhurandhar also offers a powerful first look at Ranveer Singh’s fierce on-screen persona, showcasing him in intense action sequences with a gun. The high-energy song, composed by Shashwat Sachdev and Charanjit Ahuja, blends modern hip-hop, Punjabi beats, and cinematic grit to set the tone for the film. Sung by Hanumankind, Jasmine Sandlas, Sudhir Yaduvanshi, Shashwat Sachdev, Muhammad Sadiq, and Ranjit Kaur, the track’s lyrics by Hanumankind, Jasmine Sandlas, and Babu Singh Maan further amplify its bold and electrifying vibe.

Alongside Ranveer Singh, the film boasts a powerful ensemble cast featuring Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, and R. Madhavan in pivotal roles. Each actor is expected to bring their signature gravitas to the story, making Dhurandhar one of the most anticipated thrillers of 2025.

However, the film’s shoot faced an unexpected setback earlier this year. On August 17, over 100 crew members reportedly fell ill on set in Leh after suffering from abdominal pain, vomiting, and headaches. Doctors at Sajal Narbu Memorial Hospital confirmed it was a case of mass food poisoning. While the incident halted production temporarily, all crew members recovered without fatalities.

Despite the challenges, Dhurandhar continues to generate excitement among fans for its high-octane premise and stellar cast. The film is set to hit theatres on December 5, 2025, marking a grand cinematic event filled with action, espionage, and drama.
