Driver killed after accident involving a sedan and a semi-truck in Fort Worth

According to police, the driver of the sedan was pronounced dead on the scene.

FORT WORTH, Texas — One person is dead after a crash involving a sedan and a semi-truck, authorities said.

According to the Fort Worth Police Department, around 2:51 p.m. on Sunday, officers responded to a crash at Trinity and Post Oak Boulevards. There, police found an accident involving an 18-wheeler and a sedan.

FWPD said the driver of the sedan was pronounced dead, but did not release any more information. The department said it is still investigating the details surrounding the accident, including the cause.
