F.A.N. – Felicia’s Action Network & Indivisible Comal County Terms

Effective date: September 18, 2025

These Terms apply to participation in Felicia’s Action Network (F.A.N.) and related Indivisible Comal County activities. They supplement the Master Terms at feliciaray.com/terms.

By joining, volunteering, or attending events organized by F.A.N. or Indivisible Comal County, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose and mission

F.A.N. and Indivisible Comal County are civic engagement initiatives focused on grassroots organizing, community action, and public advocacy. Participation is voluntary and intended for lawful civic and democratic purposes only.

2. Volunteer participation

• Volunteers may engage in canvassing, phone banking, voter registration, event staffing, or digital outreach.
• You agree to follow safety guidelines, respect community members, and act in alignment with F.A.N.’s values.
• Misconduct, harassment, or misrepresentation may result in removal from volunteer opportunities.

3. Donations and funding

• F.A.N. is currently structured under Indivisible Comal County and other legal entities as applicable.
• Donations may be processed separately from campaign funds (e.g., via ActBlue or future 501(c)(4) structure).
• Contributions are not tax-deductible. Refunds are provided only where legally required.
• Campaign donations (Forward With Felicia) are separate and governed by campaign-specific terms at feliciaray.com/forward-with-felicia/terms.

4. Events and civic actions

• Community events may be hosted in public or private spaces. Attendance is voluntary and at your own risk.
• Events may be photographed, filmed, or livestreamed. By attending, you consent to being recorded.
• You are responsible for your own conduct and safety during civic actions, rallies, or marches.

5. Privacy and communications

• By signing up with F.A.N. or Indivisible Comal County, you consent to receive updates via email, SMS, or calls.
• You may opt out of communications at any time.
• Personal data is used for volunteer coordination, event notifications, and grassroots organizing only.

6. No affiliation with government

F.A.N. and Indivisible Comal County are independent civic organizations. Participation does not create any formal relationship with local, state, or federal government entities.

7. Liability disclaimer

We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during volunteer activities, civic actions, or events.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as our structure or activities evolve. Updates will be posted with a new effective date.
