Since Serena Williams has been loud and proud about how her body has been restored after using a weight-loss supplement.
Williams claims she partnered with the brand last year in August after struggling to lose weight following the birth of her and her husband Alexis Ohanian’s daughters, Alexis Ohanian, 7, and Adira River Ohanian, 2.
Fans and critics have voiced concerns that her transformation has made her look too thin and diminished her signature look, sparking new curiosity about what her body can do.

As a former athlete, Williams is used to a strict diet and workout routine, but neither was helping her shed the weight this time around nor alleviate the pain in her joints. But her weight loss tied with using Ro’s GLP-1 has led to a major body transformation, and some say it’s the slimmest she’s ever been.
But the 44-year-old pays critics no mind and instead continues to prove her strength as she did on Wednesday, Feb. 11, when she posted a video of herself doing an untraditional workout.
“I’m back to training on my 2 favorite devices,” Williams wrote in the caption of a TikTok video with a bounce remix to Beyoncé’s “Check Up On It” playing in the background.
The video begins with her approaching a pole while wearing a white sports bra and shorts. She uses her legs and arms to pull herself up on the pole before releasing her legs and holding herself up in the air with just her arms and hands on the pole.
Williams then jumps down and walks over to the aerial hoop, swinging on it several times before strutting back to the camera, where fans get a close-up of her abs.
One fan wondered, “Training for what exactly?” to which two others replied, “Her man” and “Valentine’s Day.” Another on TikTok said, “Now this [is] the Serena I remember.”
Another person who was seemingly annoyed threw a jab while mentioning one of the most notable pole-dancing clubs wrote, “Knock It Off…Serena If You Dont Sit Ya Lil Magic City Butt Down And Get Off That Pole…Just Chill And Sit On Tha Swing A Lil Bit.”
On the Daily Mail, a critic wrote underneath that tabloid’s story about Williams’ workout, “For Gawds Sake.. What’s the Matter with You?… What you trying to achieve?” A harsher response read, “Because… everyone needs a pole to dance on? LOL Laughable. Go back to Tennis at a decent weight, your neck is beginning to sag.. smh.”
It’s not clear what they meant, though they could be referring to the size of her derrière, which many thought she lost along with her weight. It isn’t until she shows an angle of herself fully turned around that it shows she’s still got it.

Recently, she confidently dropped it low, displaying her moves on stage during Oprah Winfrey’s “The Oprah Podcast.”
At her sister Venus Williams’ wedding reception, she amazed everyone again while getting low in a wide-legged squat, creating a fun moment captured in a delightful photo while out with friends who cheered her on. It’s inspiring to see the tennis legend so joyful and embracing life with such enthusiasm after 23 Grand Slam singles, a hefty investment portfolio, and loving family.
Ladies and gentlemen, Serena Williams is so back!
