Simply the best! Austin Monthly celebrated its annual Best of ATX Awards with a spirited bash at East End Ballroom in September. The honorees of the magazine’s 2025 editors’ and readers’ choice awards mingled as they enjoyed bites from fellow winners Allday Pizza, who brought slices of their viral pickle pizza, as well as Cina Family Sauce, Rockman Coffee + Bakeshop, Tancho Sushi, JewBoy Burgers, and Cranky Granny’s. Guests rattled a “Ring for Champagne” bell to start the party with a glass of bubbly, and by the end of the night, two attendees had even more reason to celebrate: Tare owner and Best New Chef winner Michael Carranza proposed to his longtime girlfriend, pastry chef Danielle Martinez, while taking a picture together at the photo booth.
