Indivisible Comal County is proud to officially endorse Joe Jaworski for Texas Attorney General in the 2026 election. Joe Jaworski brings decades of legal experience, a record of public service and a clear vision for restoring trust, integrity and fairness to the Office of Attorney General.

Joe is an experienced trial lawyer with over 35 years in the legal profession. He is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and has spent his career taking on corruption and fighting for justice on behalf of everyday Texans. Before running for statewide office, Joe served his community as a city council member, mayor pro tem and mayor of Galveston, where he led the city’s recovery after Hurricane Ike and helped rebuild stronger, more resilient communities. 

Joe’s campaign is grounded in three core priorities that reflect the values we share here in Comal County and across Texas.

Protecting Democracy and Voting Rights

Joe will work to make voting accessible and safe for every eligible Texan. He has pledged to enforce laws that expand voter access, protect Texans from voter intimidation, and end practices that suppress participation at the ballot box.

Joe stands for preserving personal freedoms and defending individual rights under the Constitution. He has pledged that as attorney general he will interpret and enforce the law in a way that protects Texans’ rights, not limits them.
