Just when we thought the ink was dry on their divorce, Simon Guobadia is back in court. He’s appealing the judge’s ruling that awarded Porsha Williams a huge win. In new docs reportedly filed by the businessman, who now regrets marrying his ex-wife, claims Porsha’s been raking in millions and doesn’t need his support. And apparently, he can prove it.

Simon Guobadia Reveals Porsha Williams’ Alleged Income
In court documents obtained by Us Magazine, Simon came prepared, alleging that Porsha earned “approximately $8,000,000 to $9,000,000” in 2024 from her talent deal with NBCUniversal. He’s using this claim to argue that the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star doesn’t need the hefty spousal support the court awarded her. Simon’s legal team is determined to overturn the prenup enforcement, arguing Porsha’s undisclosed income during negotiations invalidates the initial agreement.
He claims her return to ‘RHOA’ was a calculated move, and had he known she’d be back on Bravo, he wouldn’t have agreed to terms like splitting equity in their $7 million Atlanta home or paying her $40,000 a month. Simon’s said to be fighting to protect his fortune, especially after his deportation from the U.S., and he’s not here for Porsha cashing in on it.
What Did Porsha Williams Win In Divorce Judgment?
Porsha came out fighting back in this divorce case, with the judge handing her the major win. On June 11, a Fulton County court upheld the couple’s prenuptial agreement, signed before their November 2022 wedding. According to reports, Porsha secured $40,000 a month in alimony for 15 months, per Essence, ownership of the Rolls-Royce Simon gifted her, and the right to stay in their $7 million ATL home for up to three years. Additionally, 50% of the home’s equity remains in her favor.

Simon’s not just fighting the prenup, though. He’s also dragging Porsha back to court over her alleged shady social media moves. In a separate defamation lawsuit filed after their divorce finalization, Simon claims Porsha’s November 2024 Instagram Stories implied he suffers from erectile dysfunction, causing “significant harm” to his reputation and business.
The posts, tagged with “#menshealthawareness” but not naming him directly, allegedly humiliated him, per court docs via Us Magazine. Simon’s seeking at least $500,000 in damages, plus punitive damages for what he calls Porsha’s “malicious intent.”
