On Thursday, July 24, Kelly Osbourne shared an emotional message on her Instagram Story just two days after her father Ozzy Osbourne passed. The singer and actress wrote, “I feel unhappy I am so sad. I lost the best friend I ever had,” alongside a broken heart emoji. Fans already know that Kelly always went so hard for her dad and he did the same for her. Their tight bond played out across multiple episodes of their early 2000s family reality show, ‘The Osbournes.’
Kelly Captures One Of Her Dad’s Final Funny Moments
Just a few weeks before Ozzy Osbourne passed, Kelly shared a funny video that captured his sense of humor. Only July 5, the singer uploaded an Instagram video showing her fiancé Sid Wilson proposing. PEOPLE reported that Sid popped the question at Ozzy’s final Black Sabbath show. The footage shows Kelly, her mom Sharon Osbourne, and Ozzy backstage at the concert. As Sid starts his speech and gets down on one knee to propose, Ozzy quickly interrupts saying, “F*** off, you’re not marrying my daughter!”

More About Ozzy Osbourne’s Passing
Fans and social media users were heartbroken when news broke broke that Ozzy Osbourne passed away on Tuesday, July 22. According to the New York Post, his family shared a statement saying that they were by his side when he passed.
“It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time. Sharon, Jack, Kelly, Aimee, and Louis,” the statement read.
As TSR previously reported, Ozzy’s death comes almost six years after he revealed details about his Parkinson’s Disease diagnosis in 2020. However, Fox News reports that doctors informed him about the condition back in 2023. Ozzy leaves behind his wife, Sharon and his children.
