In the latest episode of “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta,” Bambi’s engagement party goes left, and Yandy’s throuple theory is shut down by Jasmine. Here are the highlights for “Rules of Engagement.”
Bambi still has cold feet.
Yandy and Bambi meet to catch up over a bite to eat. Bambi confides in Yandy about having cold feet ahead of marrying Rayface. People have been sending her information about him and alleging that he isn’t being faithful. So Bambi doesn’t know how to feel. Her biggest issue is that Ray isn’t good at communicating.
Yandy encourages Bambi not to let gossip and outsiders hinder her happiness.
Yandy responds after a man alleges he had an affair with her on social media.
They switch topics to discuss a man who recently claimed he had an affair with Yandy on social media. Yandy says she hasn’t seen the man in a couple of years. However, she did speak with him after he made the claims, and he allegedly told her that he believed his actions were a great way to market his business.
During a confessional, Yandy tells producers that Mendeecees isn’t happy with the latest accusations. But she wishes he would give her the same amount of grace she has given him in the past.
Yandy’s feud with Kirk and Rasheeda is brought up. She was open to speaking to them, but now she’s ready to return the energy. Yandy claims she spoke to Jasmine recently, and it was revealed that Rasheeda has been faking her dislike of Jasmine for storyline reasons. And Rasheeda and Jasmine are allegedly in a throuple with Kirk. They even vacation together.
Yung Joc and his son Amoni take his brother Kwamie to a barber shop. He was released on bond, and they just wanted to do something nice that would make him feel good. Kwamie is grateful for the support as he awaits his day in court. It’s been a very challenging time for the whole family.
Queen Key has a tough conversation with her mother about holding on to her childhood trauma of abuse. She is ready to move forward, and the best way for her to do that is to focus on pouring into her children.
Jasmine shuts down Yandy’s theory?
Bambi gets Jasmine and Yandy together to talk and clear up some confusion at her engagement party. Jasmine denies ever telling Yandy that she was in a poly relationship with Kirk and Rasheeda. During a green screen interview, Jasmine says she battled the couple in court for years. So she doesn’t understand why anyone would think they were some type of throuple. She believes Yandy is making up things to deflect from the rumors about her and Mendeecees.
The engagement party is a mess.
Bambi becomes annoyed with Rayface as the celebration goes on. She doesn’t care for who he becomes after he’s been drinking.
When Zell arrives at the venue after the party wraps up, he and Bambi chit-chat outside. Their conversation is cut short when Rayface can be heard telling a friend that he will put anyone to sleep who tries him.
Zell reacts, feeling like Ray is coming into his personal space to be violent. Bambi stands in front of Zell and urges him to go home because she doesn’t know what Ray’s friends are capable of. The episode ends on a cliffhanger.
