Plano 7-Eleven damaged after ATM theft, police say

The Plano Police Department said two men used a pickup truck to steal the ATM.

PLANO, Texas — A local convenience store was damaged after an ATM theft, police said.

According to the Plano Police Department, two men used a pickup truck to steal an ATM from the 7-Eleven at 3940 W 15th St. The department said that by the time officers arrived, the men were gone, but the ATM was found a short distance from the store.

The 7-Eleven was back open Sunday afternoon, and the front doors were repaired.
