Amira Ligot, a soon-to-be senior at Harlan High School, showcased her creativity in the Duck Tape Stuck at Prom Scholarship Contest. She stopped by GMSA+ to discuss her dress-making process and showcase her crafty creation, which took 50 hours to complete.
