FORECAST
SUNDAY
Just like yesterday, it’ll be hot. Expect a high in the low-90s. There is a small chance (10%) for a stray shower between 3 pm to sunset.
NEXT WEEK
The heat high will settle over Texas Monday and Tuesday, pushing highs into the mid- to upper-90s. But before it can get *too* hot, a weak cool front will slip into Texas Wednesday. This will bring a chance for rain and slightly “cooler” temperatures.
RAIN CHANCES WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY
With the front approaching Wednesday, that’s when our rain chances are highest (40%). The front will stall and hang around South Central Texas Thursday, keeping some rain in the forecast (30%). It’s important to note that rain will be streaky in nature, so there will be some that get a decent amount (more than 1″), but there will still be some neighborhoods that miss out.
TEMPERATURES
As a result of the front and some rain, highs will likely only be in the 80s Wednesday through the weekend. Mornings will be pleasant and in the 60s.
