Unlock The Powerful “IT” Factor You Already Carry | THEBEYONDWOMAN

There was a season in my life when I kept showing up in rooms even though I didn’t feel like I belonged in any of them. I would walk in, smile, sit tall, contribute when I needed to, but inside, I felt like I was borrowing confidence, not living from it. I remember one moment in particular. It was an event, packed with accomplished women—leaders, executives, creators, women who seemed to have life figured out. I was invited to speak, yet halfway through the evening, I found myself tucked into a corner, quietly hoping no one could sense how unsure I felt. Every thought was a doubt: Did I say the right thing? Do I sound confident? Do I belong here at all?

Then something unexpected happened.

A woman I’d never met walked over, held my hand and said, “I came tonight because I think the work you do is valuable and has purpose. You don’t realize how powerful you are. You walk with a presence that pulls people in. Don’t ever question that.” I stood there stunned, not because of the compliment, but because she was naming something I had been refusing to see in myself. How many of us do that?

That was the night I learned a hard truth, the IT factor isn’t a spotlight that magically falls on you; it’s a light you finally stop hiding. And that’s the truth too many women never get to hear. The world often sees our power long before we do. But the moment we decide to own it? Everything shifts.

Let’s talk about what the IT factor really is.

Some women walk into a room and the atmosphere shifts and not because they overpower the space, but because they carry something that is anchored, sure, and quietly magnetic. That is the IT factor. A blend of confidence, purpose, and authenticity that can’t be manufactured. And here’s what I want you to hear clearly: You have it. Every woman does. The question is whether you’ve given yourself permission to use it. “You have everything you need inside you to build the life you imagine. The IT factor is not taught, it’s uncovered and let loose by only you. That happens when you recognize who you are and whose you are.” Recall what 2 Timothy 1: 7 (MSG) says “God doesn’t want us to be shy with his gifts, but bold and loving and sensible.”

The IT Factor Looks Different on Every Woman, for some, it’s softness. For others, strength and leadership and for others, resilience. But for all of us, it looks like a woman who knows who she is. “The most magnetic woman is the one who is comfortable in her own skin. And guess what authenticity is always louder than perfection.

Your IT factor is shaped by your:

  • lived experiences
  • values
  • intuition
  • wounds
  • wins
  • wisdom
  • and every quiet moment you chose to rise when no one was watching.

No one else on this planet has your exact mix. The IT Factor Matters Now More Than Ever because women are carrying worlds on their shoulders—families, businesses, communities, dreams—and still managing to show up. But the constant pressure can make even the strongest woman shrink herself. This is where the IT factor becomes more than confidence; it becomes your lifeline. Because when a woman steps fully into her IT factor, she steps into her freedom. And when she steps into her freedom, she sparks courage in every woman watching. One woman rising has never been “just one.” It’s always a ripple that extends to everyone in her space.

So Let’s Activate Your IT Factor. Let’s be real—your power doesn’t turn on because someone compliments you. It turns on when you decide to stop hiding.

Here’s How:

1. Own Your Story– You’ve survived things people don’t know about. You’ve rebuilt yourself quietly and you’ve thrived in seasons meant to break you. That alone is power, so know there is strength in the stories you’re scared to tell.

2. Do the Inner Work —Healing. Boundaries. Self-awareness. That’s where the glow gets rooted.

3. Show Up Even When You Doubt because courage is rarely comfortable. But guess what, your IT factor grows every time you choose bravery over fear.

4. Stop Dimming Your Light – No more apologizing for being gifted and no more shrinking to make others comfortable. You weren’t created to blend in. You were built to shift atmospheres.

5. Believe You Are Worthy of More, every opportunity, visibility, abundance, they belong to you. Walk like it.

The IT Factor Is Not a Gift to Keep—It’s a Gift to Use, there’s a woman watching you right now, quietly drawing courage from your life. A daughter. A niece. A friend. A colleague. Someone who needs your boldness to unlock her own. “When a woman steps into her IT factor, she gives every woman around her permission to rise.” You’ve played small long enough. You’ve doubted yourself long enough and you’ve blended in long enough. This is your season to step boldly into who you’ve always been. Not because the world says so, but because your spirit has been whispering it for years.

Your IT factor is calling.
