As you endure 90-degree temps, walk 10,000-plus daily steps, dance to the beat, and even partake in a beverage or two, you’re sure to work up an appetite at Austin City Limits Music Festival. Here are some incredible bites to try at the fest.
JABS
The winner of both the people’s choice and critics’ choice award at Austin Monthly’s Burger Bash this summer, JABS serves up smashburgers with a perfect crispy edge and juicy center. The burger joint utilizes meat from Creekstone Farms (the same suppliers for Franklin Barbecue and Loro). Sink your teeth into the OG, a classic double patty with American cheese, pickles, grilled onions, and signature sauce served on a potato bun.
Bananarchy
As refreshing and fun as it sounds, this dessert stand serves up ethically sourced frozen bananas. The fruit is coated with dips like chocolate, vanilla, and peanut butter and toppings such as Oreos, sprinkles, and Nutella. Since “fall” temps are sweltering this year, this is an ideal way to beat the heat.
The Mighty Cone
Hallelujah, the almighty Mighty Cone is back (again). The company behind this absolutely classic dish associated with the festival made its triumphant return in 2024 and now it’s back for a second year in a row. Chow down on the titular cone, which is lined with a warm tortilla stuffed with fried chicken, avocado, shrimp, or a combination of the three.
Tiff’s Treats

You can’t go wrong with a classic chocolate chip cookie from Tiff’s. But the iconic local company is also turning heads this weekend by offering its fastest-selling cookie ever, the Dubai Chocolate, at ACL Eats. Fans can indulge in the treat served as a deluxe ice cream sandwich called the Dubai Chocolate Tiffwich®.
T-Loc’s Sonora Hot Dogs
There’s something so endlessly satisfying about eating a hot dog while spending time outdoors. Try this local brand’s famous Sonoran-style glizzies at the fest, which feature ingredients like bacon-wrapped hot dogs, pinto beans, sautéed onions, and chile caribe. Mmmm.
Gati Ice Cream

Calling all vegans with a sweet tooth! Gati will be serving up its beloved scoops during both weekends of ACL Fest. The popular East Side spot features delicious gluten-free ice cream made from coconut milk. Choose from vanilla, chocolate, and Thai coffee ice cream, with toppings such as toasted coconut and house-made Oreos and options like brownies a la mode.
Saigon Le Vendeur
If your palate is looking for something a bit more adventurous than, say, burgers and fries, Saigon has got you covered. Order banh mi with grilled pork, spicy chicken, or lemongrass tofu, or enjoy Vietnamese iced coffee and spring rolls. Our mouths are watering just thinking about it.
