Greg Gutfeld says women were more skilled before DEI because “they had to be better than everybody else”

GREG GUTFELD (CO-HOST): I can’t remember if it was David Mamet who said this, but he said the best pilots in the airline industry used to be women because if they got to that position of flying, they had to be better than everybody else. But then DEI comes in and undermines that belief and, worse — the worst thing it does to every minority is it arouses suspicion. Suddenly, whenever there was a plane crash, somebody is going to joke — sometimes it was Jesse — “Who was flying? Do we know who was flying? Was it an all-girl crew?” Remember the all-girl crew with the plane? So, DEI contaminated every industry by calling into question the experience and competence of people who attained that certain status because we don’t know how they got there.
